GRE (Graduate Record Examinations) is a required exam for admission to master’s and doctoral programs at US universities and other international universities (as well as in Canada and Australia). It is mainly intended for those who want to study specific subjects.
The GRE exam consists of 3 forms:
1) General Test
2) Subject Test
3) Writing Assessment
1- GRE General Test – It is known as General Examination and many universities require this section. The GRE General test consists of 3 parts (digital, verbal and analytical).
2- GRE Subject Test – This test format is for those who are preparing for a particular specialty. Unlike the GRE General test, the exam is not written online.
3- GRE Writing Assessment – In this format, the ability to write an essay is tested and the exam is conducted online.
