Civil Service
Civil service is public officials’ fulfillment of work responsibilities with the object of realization of aims and functions of the state according to the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and other legislative acts.
Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Civil Service entered in force on September 1, 2001. The Law concerns Civil Servants serving in executive, legislative and judicial bodies. The latest amendments to the Law have been made April 20, 2012.
