TOMER (Turkish Language Certificate) is a language exam that must be taken by every bachelor’s and master’s degree candidate who wants to study in Turkish at Turkish universities. The exam tests the Turkish language skills of foreign students. At the bachelor’s level, universities apply this exam mainly after registration, and the student starts the course directly from the first year. At the master’s level, the TOMER certificate is required when applying.
